PT Thys

I am not a standard personal trainer. Where many coaches only learn from books, I first lived it myself.

More than 18 years ago, my journey in the fitness world began. Not as an expert, but as someone who struggled with his body, his self-image and his progress. I know what it feels like to be insecure, to not see results, to doubt yourself - but I also learned how to break through that step by step.

In those years, I experienced everything myself:

  • How muscle growth really works

  • How nutrition is a decisive factor

  • And how your mindset becomes your greatest strength or your biggest pitfall

Fitness did not become a hobby, but a lifestyle. I built it up through trial and error, and that makes my approach different from the rest. My knowledge does not only come from books, but from experience, discipline and perseverance.

After years of training myself, I decided to strengthen my experience and insights with an official diploma as a personal trainer.  Not for the paper, but to share my knowledge with others – so that you achieve faster, smarter and stronger results than I ever did.
