Digital products (e-books)

Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable as the content is available immediately.

Coaching services

Sessions already paid for cannot be refunded, unless in case of force majeure or serious reason, to be discussed via info@ptthys.com.

If you wish to terminate a coaching package prematurely, we will work together to find a reasonable arrangement.
